EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS FROM A MODEST CIRCULATION

The Cheshire Farmart produces exceptional results for most of its advertisers. We believe this is due to the fact that the Farmart has never bought a mailing list, but has grown very steadily over 21 years to its present circulation by request only. And we 'Clean' the list once a month, removing the 'Gone A ways' etc. Over 5,000 copies of the Cheshire Farmart go out at the beginning of each month. About 4,700 go to named farmers who have requested it.

MARKETS  The remainder are  normally collected by readers from  our dispensers in Livestock Markets in our area.

COUNTER COPIES  Also readers collect magazines from the following advertisers counters. FARMERS YELLOW PAGES  Many of our readers tell us that they use our magazine as a kind of 'Farmers Yellow Pages' or  'Buyers Guide', keeping it permanently by the telephone.

DISTRIBUTION Our circulation area covers all of Cheshire and half of each of the surrounding counties. Most of our readers are working farmers with a smaller percentage of country sports enthusiasts.

CIRCULATION Our Circulation is not ABC Audited but all our mailings go through a large reputable mailing house in Ellesmere Port, who could be contacted for verification.

50% OF OUR ADVERTISERS CAN'T BE WRONG  If you look at a Farmart from 10 years ago you will see that 50% of those advertisers are still advertising with us on a regular basis. When you consider how many advertisers must have retired or moved, it is a tremendous vote of confidence from the remainder of them.
